The Clerk will contact Barkers as none of the dates suggested for a
meeting are suitable. A letter from ARD Ltd regarding company changes
was noted. A request to cover the cost for the band at this years
Barton Feast on 5 October was agreed. However, the organisers will be
asked to apply along with other grant applicants in future years.
