27/08 Consultation of Order & Regulations Relating to the Conduct of Local Authority Members in England |
Cllr Morrall reported on changes to the code which would see complaints
regarding members conduct being dealt with at a local level rather than
by the Standards Committee in London. This should speed up the process
for anyone involved in a complaint and will also require the Standards
Committee at WBC to increase in members. Cllr Morrall will pass any
comment for the consultation to the Clerk.
