PCSO Hurst attended. He is still awaiting a report from the collision investigators regarding the accident on The Square. In the meantime, the local police are working with the Casualty Reduction scheme to slow down traffic in the village centre. Criminal damages to fences and gardens appears to have decreased. Anti Social Behaviour and litter on The Square has also improved. Following a burglary in Clarke Court, PCSO Hurst has passed on information regarding vulnerable Housing Association properties to the Cllrs Payne & Blackwell. Anti Number Plate theft screws can be obtained by contacting the local police. Cllrs Cahill, Payne and Verden agreed to attend the Community Panel Meeting on 17 April. 24 crimes were reported in March for Earls Barton.
