It was agreed that an objection be made to WP/08/0129/F due to overdevelopment based on the capacity of the properties as opposed to the volume.  No objection was made to WP/08/0149/F, although a request to be made for a hydrobrake to be installed and advise to be sought from the Environment Agency, as used on The Dell development, to alleviate flooding from the site.  No further comments were required on the other applications received.
