The Clerk gave an update on the consultation evenings. Following negotiations Cllr Cahill proposed that the Lead Project Co-ordinator be reappointed and the contract be extended to the acquisition of land. This proposal was seconded by Cllr Bond, and was passed by the members with 2 members abstaining. The remainder of this item was conducted in confidence. Under Section 4 of the Code of Conduct, all members must not disclose information given to them in confidence by anyone.
