(a) Cllr Wright report on training courses – conducted in confidence
(b) Expenses incurred during consultation – Earls Barton Carnival – it was agreed that these expenses should not be re-imbursed they were not authorised by the Parish Council before hand.
(c) Update on CASC – conducted in confidence
(d) Update on Position of Compulsory Purchase Order and Lead Project Co-ordinator report – conducted in confidence.Parts of the Sports & Leisure Development item were conducted in confidence, and Cllrs Abbott and Mallard left the room. Under Section 4 of the Code of Conduct, all members must not disclose information given to them in confidence by anyone.
