(a) Update on meeting held with NCC/MGWSP – it was agreed that, following on from the meeting with NCC and MGWSP, the parish council ask an independent source to advise on road safety on The Square. The Clerk will ask for a copy of current traffic regulations to allow for the issue of restrictive parking to be looked at further. The Clerk will write to Barkers asking for possible meeting dates in September.
(b) Update on school driveway – no update to report.
(c) Update on Blitz Site – adoption of Blackwell Close – The Clerk advised that the developers of Blackwell Close have been asked to carry out some remedial works in order to bring it up to standard for adoption by NCC. It is hoped that these works will be completed in the near future.
(d) Parish Enhancement Gangs – ideas for minor jobs/repairs for team – a list of jobs will be sent to MGWSP by the Clerk.
