(a) Update on consultations – details of the consultation findings were presented to the Parish Council b the Lead Project Co-ordinator. Cllr Blackwell proposed that the findings be forwarded to Barton Today for publication and the Parish Council should now proceed with the planning application. This was seconded by Cllr Higham and the motion was carried with 2 members abstaining from the vote. An apology was issued regarding the oversight which meant that one of the landowners agents were not forwarded a copy of the consultation document. This will now be issued to the agent.
(b) Update on Compulsory Purchase Order and Lead Project Co-ordinators Report – This part of the meeting was conducted in confidence and Cllrs Abbott, Mallard and members of the public left the room. Under Section 4 of the Code of Conduct, all members must not disclose information given to them in confidence by anyone.
