215/09 Update from Joanne Richardson - Midlands Rural Housing (Affordable Housing) |

An email from Ms Richardson was read out. None of the preferred sites for affordable housing have progressed at this time. Another site has been identified on Station Road, and this is currently being assessed by the Borough Council of Wellingborough. Ms Richardson will report back when she has more news however, it was noted that BCW are currently considering the emerging Local Plan, and there may be little news until this has been approved for consultation.
