(a) Spotlight – Report to the People – it was noted that on the Clerk and one other member of the PC have received their copy of Spotlight. The Clerk will contact NCC to advise that deliveries do not appear to have been made in Earls Barton. The Clerk will also complete and return the questionnaire.
(b) Closure of public right of way – Staythorpe to Grendon – details of the closures due to overhead cable work were noted.
(c) Northampton Youth Offending Service Community Payback Scheme – The Clerk will enquire as to whether they are able to carry out hedge cutting works in the Pocket Parks.
