It was agreed that a site viewing be requested on WP/09/0419/F. An objection and site view request was made on WP/09/0247/RVC as it contravenes Policy 13(l) of the North Northants Core Spatial Strategy. It was agreed, by majority vote, to object to WP/09/0306/F as the development is outside of the village envelope, is not in keeping with the adjacent residential property and will therefore have an impact on the visual amenities of the street, and there are no details on the application regarding the height of the building. No further comments were required on the other applications received.
