The Clerk presented the end of year accounts and internal auditors report. The Internal Auditors recommendations were discussed and taken on board. A letter will be sent to the Internal Auditor advising the authorisation for cheque 63612606 was minuted in August 2008. It was resolved to pass the end of year accounts and forward to the Auditor. Projects for Capital Grant were discussed and it was agreed that information regarding costings for planters at the entrances to the village, mobile speeding signs and bags for life be brought back to next months meeting.
