A public enquiry relating to planning application by Northants LLP for Land off the A509 Niort Way and A510 Northen Way and South of Great Harrowden, Wellingborough relating to outline proposals for 3000 dwellings, mixed uses and associated infrastructure will be held at The Castle, Wellingborough 2-26 June.
It was agreed that an objection be made and a site viewing requested on application WP/09/0163/F, as it contravenes Policy 13(l) of the North Northants Core Spatial Strategy. Cllrs Abbott and Payne did not take part in this discussion. No further comments were made on the applications received.
