The members discussed the positioning of this item on the agenda and it was resolved to leave the item at the end of any future agendas and to call an extraordinary meeting if matters warranted more time for discussion.
(a) It was agreed that the Lead Project Co-ordinator arrange a working party to go through the comments received. It was also agreed that a stall be manned at the Carnival to encourage feedback from the public.
(b) Update on Compulsory Purchase Order - This part of the meeting was conducted in confidence, and Cllr Abbott and the members of the public left the room. Under Section 4 of the Code of Conduct, all members must not disclose information given to them in confidence by anyone.
