The Clerk advised that the Grounds Maintenance Contracts for 2009/10 had been agreed by the Chair. The Clerk will deal with the application for the next stage of Playbuilder Funding from BCW. The ¾ year Bank Reconciliation was presented by the Clerk and approved by the Parish Council.
