Cllr Wright reported that litter picks will take place on Friday 27 March 5.30-7pm, Saturday 28 March 10.30am-12 and 2.30-4pm and Sunday 29 March 2.30-4pm. Churches Together and the Youth Groups will be joining the litter pick and the Infants and Junior schools will both be holding assemblies about the importance of correct litter disposal. Anyone wishing to take part in the litter picks should contact Cllr Wright. The Clerk will write to the Co-op regarding litter on their site and Little India regarding cigarette ends outside their premises. Thanks should also be extended to Kirsty Austin, Zoe Middleton, Kerry Lovering and their children, who were spotted by the Clerk carrying out their own litter pick in the village during half term week.
