(a) ½ Year Bank Reconcilliation – This was presented by the Clerk and approved by the Parish Council.
(b) Playbuilder Update – The Clerk presented option 2 for the Playbuilder equipment on the Recreation Field. It was unanimously agreed that the Clerk can obtain one further option and go to consultation with the residents of Earls Barton in December.
(c) Conclusion of Audit 2009 – The Clerk read out the Conclusion of Audit. All recommendations were noted and will be adhered to. The final audit was agreed and signed off.
