Update from Helen Howard, NCC – The Clerk read out a response to an email requesting a traffic calming scheme for Earls Barton, which advised that NCC would not be putting forward a scheme as they did not want to raise expectations. Cllr Blackwell advised sending a letter to NCC Director of Transport regarding the PC’s frustration over the lack of progress on obtaining traffic calming in Earls Barton. The Clerk will also chase up progress on the adoption of the school driveway and Blackwell
