005/10 Grounds Maintenance Meeting |
(a) It was resolved to adopt the minutes of the Grounds Maintenance Committee meeting of 4 January 2010 as a correct record.
(b) It was resolved that the Grounds Maintenance Committee meet on Monday 1 February 2010 to reconsider the tenders received for Grounds Maintenance work and make recommendations at the next full Parish Council meeting. A second resolution in which the recommendation made at the last Grounds Maintenance Committee meetings on 4 of the contracts stand was not approved.
