(a) It was resolved to adopt the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting of 4 January 2010 as a correct record.
(b) The Precept for 2010/11 was agreed (total figure of £101848. Band D equivalent £54.76 – an increase of £1.29 on last year.
(c) The grant applications for 2010/11 were approved.
(d) The updated Risk Assessment was approved
(e) The updated Asset Register was approved.
(f) The final design for Playbuilder was approved and the Clerk was instructed to complete the required contract and order of works.(g) Cllr Wright asked that the sports clubs in the village be informed of the changes to the Big Lottery small grants scheme. It was agreed that Cllr Wright speak to Wootton and East Hunsbury’s youth worker, who is self funded through grants, to find out if she would be interested in giving a talk to members of EBPC. Cllr Wrights request to attend a training course on large grant applications at a cost of £75 was approved.
