The clerk has received an email regarding dogs not being properly controlled by their owners on the Recreation Field. In addition, there have been more verbal complaints regarding this matter and relating to dog fouling. At present, byelaws allow for dogs to be exercised off the lead on the Rec. It was agreed that the concerns be minuted and an article placed in the village magazines advising that if owners fail to keep their dogs under control, consideration will have to be given to changing the byelaw to allow dogs on leads at all times. It was also agreed that BCW Dog Warden be asked to visit the village.
