(a) This section of the meeting was held in confidence under Section 4 of the Code of Conduct. Cllr Abbott declared an interest and left the room, along with any members of the public in attendance.
(b) Change of Solicitors at Hewitson – there was no objection to the new solicitor dealing with EBPC
(c) Aggregate Levy Fund – as any projects benefitting from the fund require a completion date of March 2011, it was agreed that other projects should be looked at, including providing a bus shelter on The Square and the work required to protect the bank adjacent to Harrowick Lane.
