(a) BCW Capital Grant Programme – it was agreed that the Clerk apply for a new bus shelter, wheelie bin stickers and bike racks as part of the Capital Grant Programme 2011/12.
(b) Audit 2009/10 – The Clerk presented the end of year accounts. Each point for consideration on the audit form was read out to the members. It was resolved to approve the end of year accounts, including each individual point for consideration, and forward to the auditor.
