The Clerk was congratulated on passing the Certificate in Local Council Administration. The rate of pay for public sector workers has been frozen for 2010/11 so the clerk will not receive any increase in rate of pay. However, the members agreed to move the Clerk up 3 places on the Salary Scale (1 for passing CiLCA, 1 for contractual move for 2010/11 and 1 for 2009/10, as this was not carried out in previous years).
