(a) Update on position of Compulsory Purchase Order and Lead Project Co-ordinators report – This section of the meeting was held in confidence and Cllr Mallard declared an interest and left the room.
(b) BCW Site Specific Proposal - Cllr Mallard returned to the room. Cllr Verden advised that this item was to be deferred to an extraordinary meeting which will be called specifically to discuss the BCW Site Specific Proposal.
