The Clerk was asked to reply to the consultation pointing out that the document was too long and contained too many technical terms. Therefore, it is requested that future consultation documents are condensed and made more user friendly for Parish Councillors, making the key points clearer. The Clerk will also ask when the scheme would come into practice and what arrangements would be put in place for the possible phasing out of S106 agreements.
