(a) Allotments – Overhanging Trees – members of the Grounds Maintenance Committee visited the allotments to look at the problem. It was agreed that the Clerk contact Felicity Webber of BCW for advice.
(b) Letter to Barkers – a response has been received from Barkers, agreeing to a meeting after Easter. The Clerk will liaise with all interested parties to arrange a date.
