(a) Report on Grounds Maintenance Committee Meeting – it was resolved to adopt the minutes as a correct record. The next meeting to be held at 6pm on 5 January 2011 at the Youth Club
(b) Report on Finance Committee Meeting – it was resolved to adopt the minutes as a correct record. Next meeting to be held at 6.30pm on 5 January 2011 at the Youth Club.
(c) BCW Capital Grant Scheme 2011/12 – due to changes in the criteria, it was agreed not to apply for a BCW Capital Grant for 2011/12. However, the clerk will look into whether any funding in available from the Aggregate Levy.
