Cllr Payne declared an interest and left the room, taking no part in any discussion on item. Cllr Cahill took the chair for this item. It was agreed that EBPC should support the application for Northampton General Hospital to become an NHS Foundation Trust, however provision of parking at the hospital needs to be addressed. Cllr Payne then re-entered the room.
